Where peace meets proximity

A 5-star lifestyle that combines natural peace and beauty with an easy urban connection.

Surrounded by water and lush coastal landscapes, Trinity Point benefits from proximity to both Sydney and Newcastle, whilst still enjoying the peace and natural beauty of Lake Macquarie.

Only 12 minutes off the M1 Pacific Motorway, Trinity Point rests within the hamlet suburb of Morisset Park on a pristine and unspoilt point on the lake. Neighbouring village communities, shopping centres, bakers, butchers and supermarket majors with a number of primary and high-schools just minutes away.

Trinity Point is a short drive from the leading department stores and specialty retail at Westfield Tuggerah and Charlestown Square as well as the Central Coast’s largest shopping destination, Erina Fair Shopping Centre. Local seaside offerings such as alfresco eateries, cinema, markets and a wide array of local providores at Terrigal and Avoca Beach are just a stone’s throw away.

For leisurely travel up and down the coast by train, Morisset Railway Station is a mere 8-minute drive from Trinity Point, with the renowned cellar doors and dining of the Hunter Valley within easy reach. 88 minutes’ drive from Sydney CBD or 25 minutes by seaplane, and 48 minutes from Newcastle, Trinity Point keeps you close enough to major cities yet far enough to lose the crowds.

Limitless connection

Trinity Point is a world away, yet completely connected

Trade city life for the luxury of space, views and the indulgences of a 5-star marina resort at your home and enhance your lifestyle with pristine beaches and the Hunter Valley on your doorstep for your daily enjoyment.

Residents at Trinity Point who desire an urban network will soon benefit from NorthConnex, a new and improved connection between the Central Coast and Sydney. Due to be completed in 2020, the NorthConnex is a nine-kilometre tunnel that will link the M1 Pacific Motorway at Wahroonga to the Hills M2 Motorway at West Pennant Hills. NorthConnex will save residents and motorists up to 15 minutes time when travelling to and from Sydney CBD and will also reduce travel time to connecting areas from the Lake Macquarie region.
